Question for Ed002, would you be able to give a list of ins and outs/ outlined plans at Barcelona please?

{Ed002's Note - Barcelona have to resolve a financial issue before anything of note happens:
Lukas Klostermann (RB) keen to take him
Emerson (LWB) looking unlikely but have enquired.
Virgil van Dijk (CB) will not be able to afford him.
Jan Vertonghen (CB) Free Agent – a Plan B.
N'Golo Kante (DM/CM) interest has likely gone die to the cost and serious interest from elsewhere.
Fabian Ruiz (CM) is seen as a replacement for Rakatic but also wanted by Real Madrid.
Blaise Matuidi (CM) Free Agent – a Plan B.
Angel Gomes (CM) Free Agent – a Plan C if required.
Donny van der Beek (CM) primary target of Real Madrid but they are concerned that the price is being pushed up by the interest of other clubs - which means Barcelona could turn to van der Beek if Real Madrid push for their other target, Ruiz.
Stefano Sensi (CM) Inter plan on taking up their option to buy but Barcelona have spoken with Sassuolo and want to buy out his loan in January and sign him in the summer. I would think unlikely.
Dani Olmo (AM/W) a primary target.
Bilel Hassaini (RW) a mess, I would forget it.
Isaac Lihadji (RW) kiddie from Marseille who is attracting interest of several leading sides – the lady from Marseille (who Barcelona also wish to employ) expects Barcelona to step back, but sadly not others.
Tahith Chong (RW) Free Agent – looking less likely
Mo Salah (RW/LW/F) is unlikely after kicking his agent out over ridiculous demands on more than one occasion - but player still feels that this might be his best chance to move to Real Madrid or other high profile side. - but talks have again happened with Barcelona. I would think no chance no.
Pedro (RW) Free Agent – could arrive as cover and the player wants it.
Willian (RW/LW) Free Agent but Barcelona want him in January – the player wants to stay at Chelsea.
Kylian Mbappe (RW/F) Barcelona will push but need to sell Dembele – very much desired to looks to be heading elsewhere.
Jadon Sancho (RW) down the list and too expensive for Barcelona. Would want assurances of game time and not first choice.
Victor Osimhen (S/F) One particular Liverpool scout is pressing for the club to sign him. Barcelona have also shown an interest but they have a financial issue to solve first - he only joined in the summer and Lille will resist any January bids - and it is hard to see why the player would consider a career on the bench. Spurs have looked at him and spoken with his agent. A senior Chelsea scout has also been watching the player who could be seen as an option to their primary striker targets - but their need is for January rather than the summer. There was serious interest from Arsenal when he was much younger but he opted for Wolfsburg. Wolves, Real Madrid, Valencia and Napoli also have a declared interest.
Neymar (LW/F) very much first choice.
Donyell Malen (F/W) rather raw Arsenal reject who has done well at PSV, is well liked if a little moody, but may not be able to make the step up. Rather unlikely if there is interest at the €50M asking price at all but Barcelona has asked about availability and have gone as far as asking if they can have a doctor take a look at his knee injury.
Dries Mertens (S/LW) Free Agent – makes no sense.
Lautaro Martinez (S) Inter will face serious interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona - who see him as a Suarez replacement
Kryzsztof Piatek (S) Barcelona will look to the Milan fire sale but I suspect he will head elsewhere.
Edison Cavani (S) Free Agent – a filler if needed but will take the coming months to organise a deal elsewhere

Outbound perhaps:
Marc-Andre Ter Stegen (G)
Nelson Semedo (RB)
Moussa Wague (RB) Barcelona do not want to sell MW but need to do some work on their finances before June 30 and may listen to a good offer. Lille, Southampton, Bayer Leverkusen and probably others have declared an interest.}
Samuel Umtiti (CB) decision is that he is not up to scratch - to be sold
Jean-Clair Todibo (CB) will only be sold with a buy-back clause and €25M - plenty of interest but Barcelona do not see him as good enough - will be available in January and is being offered around to clubs including Everton, Inter, Manchester United. But Milan already in talks and interest from Bayer Leverkusen and Southampton.
Arturo Vidal (DM/CM)
Ivan Rakitic (CM)
Ousmane Dembele (LW/RW/F)
Antoine Griezmann (F/W) could be moved on if things don't improve
Lionel Messi (F) maybe 2021 - much will depend on offers
Luiz Suarez (F)

Thanks Ed002, surprised to see Ter Stegen on the 'Outs' list.
